Personal contact with customers has always been important to Resino. Although, with the current COVID-19 we need to rethink how we interact with our customers.
As of today, Resino is in the process of accelerating our virtual engagement capability. This means, that we are learning how to facilitate virtual meetings to ensure engagement and focus in the best possible way.
We believe, that it’s possible to come out of the COVID-19 situation with a digital sales model that is more sustainable and effective, with a closer relationship with our customer. Specifically, we want to increase customer contact and thus fulfill one of our core values:
