Dear Customer,
As stated in my previous letter, we have separated all employees in 2 teams without any contact,
to secure continued manufacturing at Resino.
We are well covered with raw materials for the coming 3-4 months, providing orders remain at
normal levels, except alcohol solvents which are currently under pressure.
We monitor this closely and expect supplies to be sufficient.
Shipping is an issue outside our control. We may become exposed to truck availability problems
and border crossing limitations, but at this moment transport is not limited.
The Danish border lockdown does not affect transport of goods.
On the contrary, trucks have fast track across the Danish borders, to support flow of goods.
To improve our ability to deliver your requirement with reduced manpower, we need to plan and
organize differently.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to place your orders now, for deliveries until mid. April.
We hope the risk will pass during the coming weeks and we look forward to return to a normal
situation.
We will continuously post updates in the news section on www.resino.dk and inform you directly
if the situation is affecting our service to you.
If you have any further questions, you are very welcome to contact me or your local Resino
contact.
Thanks for your understanding and support.
